（中央社首爾11日綜合外電報導）南韓保健福祉部今天通報14例中東呼吸症候群（MERS）新增病例，確診患者擴增至122人，為沙烏地阿拉伯以外規模最大疫情。
路透社報導，南韓保健福祉部表示，最新通報的病例中有1名是孕婦，她是在收治前幾例確診病例的一間首爾醫院急診病房感染病毒。
MERS疫情擴散引發社會大眾恐懼和慌亂，南韓總統朴槿惠因此延緩訪美行程，同時保健福祉部官員也因缺乏透明性和未快速遏止疫情擴散而遭批。
正值校方建議擴大學校停課之際，南韓聯合世界衛生組織（WHO）考察團昨天建議學校恢復上課，因為學校不太可能使得MERS傳染開來。
南韓保健福祉部表示，新增的14個病例中，有8例與1家首爾醫院有關，包括1名懷孕婦女在內。這名孕婦狀況穩定。
根據世衛數據，加入南韓新增病例，目前全球MERS確診病例已達1271例，相關死亡病例至少有448例。1040611
